Cons of Fashions Changing?

Francisco Schonhardt: I think most people who are young when fashions are a certain way think that teen fashion is more inappropriate than it was when they were younger. Like pants were once considered very inappropriate for women and men would never wear a pink shirt. Now, both of those things are totally acceptable, even in a professional business environment. Some skirts and dresses are super short but look at a fashion history site or book and the mini skirts of the 60's were super short, too.I don't care for all the clothing that has no lining mainly because I am into fashion design. The fabrics are cheaper and thinner now so they don't skim over the body the way they should to make women look good. If they were lined or people wore slips, all the dresses and skirts and even dressier pants would look much better on everyone. That's my personal complaint anyway!! : {...Show more

Basil Blasingame: I think it's becoming more inappropriate, with shorter shorts, ski! mpier tops, and sometimes obscene things are written on them, everything is so much more revealing, which I think contributes to some self-consciousness in people who aren't confident in revealing clothing.
