Frances Macky: I've actually been researching protron tv's myself. Try googling protron televisions and you'll find a forum (about 85 pages long). A lot of people like their tvs, however it also sounds like about half of the people have encountered VERY bad customer service. Also, on the last page of the forum, a supposed employee states that they are terrible and have very poor customer service. From what I have read I plan to stay away from them.
