Norine Lomonte: hd 5770hd 6770hd 6850hd 5850gtx 560gtx 560 tisearch this cards get to know them here http://www.hwcompare.com/...Show more

Nancy Mansell: i have nvidia geforce 210 its cheap and can run modern games like:need for speed hot pursuit 2010,battlefield bad company 2,grand theft auto iv and much more without any lag

Barrett Alosa: Don't waste time with HWCompare, their number aren't even real. If you read the disclaimer on their charts it tells you the performance results are THEORETICAL. Instead, look at real performance results in actual games:http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Zotac/GeForce_G...http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/radeon-hd-6790...There are different tiers of graphics cards. Cards around $50 like the Radeon HD 5450/6450 and GeForce 210/GT 520 are basically just low-cost cards for everyday work. They're terrible for gaming except really easy titles like the Sims, Minecraft etc or unless you're at really low resolution like 1024x! 768.Around the $60 mark you have entry-level gaming cards like the GeForce GT 430 and Radeon HD 5570. Those are good enough for light gaming... non-demanding titles like WoW, Rift etc. They can handle older/easier first-person shooters as long as your screen resolution isn't too high.In the $70-$90 range you have better entry-level cards like the Radeon HD 5670/6570/6670 and GeForce GT 440. Those are the minimum cards you'd want for medium-intensity games like Call of Duty:MW2 and Black Ops. Those are also the best cards which can be installed in computers with stock 300 watt power supplies. Brand name desktops (like Dell, Sony, HP or Gateway) will require a power supply upgrade to install any better card.In the $99-$125 range you've got low-midrange cards like the GeForce GTS 450, Radeon HD 6750, Radeon HD 6770 and GeForce GTX 550 Ti. The Radeon HD 6770 is the best value of the bunch. Cards of this level are really the minimum you'd want for games like Skyrim. They! are also the minimum recommended cards for gaming at a screen! resolution of 1920x1080 (full HD).Around $150 is where serious gaming card start- ones which can play the latest titles on high settings, and most games on max settings. The Radeon HD 6850 is the only real contender left in that category, since Nvidia has discontinued the GTX 460.Around $175-$200 you have better midrange cards like the Radeon HD 6870 and GeForce GTX 560. These are a nice upgrade over the Radeon HD 6850 if your budget allows you to spend an extra $30 or so.Around $240 you've got the high-midrange cards like the GTX 560 Ti and Radeon HD 6950. These are the recommended level cards for playing the toughest games like Crysis, Metro 2033 and Battlefield 3 on high settings with good frame rates. You can max out any games below that level (including Skyrim) with cards in this bracket. Above $300 you get into high-end cards like the GeForce GTX 570, Radeon HD 6970 and GeForce GTX 580. Those are what hardcore gamers build systems around (sometimes more than one! of them running in SLI/Crossfire) to max out the latest titles and be future proof for a few years. While there are even higher-end cards, those cost over $700 and not many people spend that kind of money.Tom's Hardware publishes a monthly roundup of gaming graphics cards which lists the best values in different price ranges. I recommend checking it out.http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/fastest-graphi......Show more
