Autumn Vacio: Erlend gave you good physical activities -- for quieter things why don't you pick up a hobby like collecting, or something artistic? Good things to help your family would be baking, cooking, candy making. If these ideas don't appeal --- go to a good hobby store and walk the aisles. Look at the different supplies for the different hobbies and see what appeals to you. There are so many different things to do from woodworking! , leather craft, paper making, paper craft, candle making, jewelry making - from punk, rock, classic, goth, chain maille, there is just so many different things that you can do. Look at things and if anything excites you - get a beginners kit or arrange to take a class and try it out. You will know it is the right thing for you when it hits.Good luck....Show more
