The water diet?????????????

Randall Twehous: you mean starving and just drinking water? you'll lose weight but you'll also experience stomach pains, dizziness, fatigue, etc. Not to mention once you eat the pounds come back with a vengeance lol

If you have any health problems or have a high energy lifestyle then you are in for a rough time. There are health risks associated with drinking to much water. Try a real diet like exercising and eating right. That seems to work for everyone.
