Dale Mccoun: First look for a job, as far as where you will live there are shelters if you cant stay with friends, since family seems out of the question, well you said you have barely any money you may have to l! ive in a hotel for a day or until you find other living arrangments. Open a savings account/checkings with a credit union. Go to your local library and use their internet and books on how to obtain scholarships in your field of study. Finanicial Aid will help also. Jinny Dronen: I'm impressed that you still want to go to college. There are grants and scholarships out there for people in your situation but stay away from student loans. See the financial aid department at the college of your choice. Rent cheap. There are a few places to go but expect to give up something. It may just be a room instead of an apartment.
