You still have to pay for the loan3) Sell it or junk it, and give the dealer the full payoff amount on the loan.You have no option to return it, or get out of the deal. You bought a 12 yr old car with nearly 200k on it. That is an AS IS sale and it is finalThis is why we preach - get a mechanical inspection BEFORE you buy. Odds are for $100 the mechanic would have told you to stay clear of this money pit. But ask yourself this - would that have been $100 well-spent?EDIT - I wondered how long it would take for "TopSource" to get here with his usual tripe.
